Welcome to Cielo Box. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. General Use

This website and its contents are owned by Cielo Box. All images, text, and branding are the property of Cielo Box and may not be copied or used without permission.

2. Product Information & Allergens

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality ingredients. Please note: our sweets are prepared in a kitchen where nuts and other allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee products are free from trace amounts of allergens.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition.

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.

For event or corporate orders, we recommend scheduling delivery at least one day early.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our standards, please contact us at hello@cielobox.com

within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item(s) or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cielo Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read product descriptions, including allergen information.

7. Governing Law

Cielo Box operates under Florida’s Cottage Food Law. Products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Department of Agriculture and may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, wheat, and other allergens.
